The 1/2" metal diaphragm pumps are available in aluminium, stainless steel AISI 316 or Hastelloy. For hazardous areas Atex versions are available which discharge any static electricity.

The pumps are available with balls, seats and o-ring sealings in various kinds of materials including PTFE, XL-thermoplastic, EPDM, Viton, Buna-N, Neopreen or Hytrel, depending upon the application that is required.

The pumps have bolt end constructed pump housings so the risk of leakage is minimal.

The foul air control system of these pumps has a wear-resistant ceramic sliding shoe and sliding plate which slide completely over each other without allowing any air leakage, this guarantees that it operates reliably and works well with low air pressures and long term use.

The pumps do not need oil lubrication and there is no freezing in the foul air control system.
